I’m using the @PenaltyBoxFit but you can of course use the first 2 squares of a full-length agility ladder too. You could also use masking tape to make 4 connected squares 🔲since it’s easily removable. ➖➖➖➖ 📝Start with max quality reps in 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest for each move in the following circuit. Progress to 35-25 from there and then 40-20 for full-blown face-melting mode! ➖➖➖➖ 1. Lateral 5-Step 2. Bear 🐻 Pushup Complex 3. Skater Hurdle Jump and Stick 4. 1-Leg Hops- Front to Back (switch halfway) 5. 1-Leg Hops- Side to Side (switch halfway) 6. Staggered Plyo Pushup Switches 7. Salsa 💃 Crossovers 8. 🥊BOXING❤️CARDIO WORKOUT! ➖➖➖➖ 😓DO YOU DO ANY CARDIO OR CONDITIONING? I try to train with my boxing 🥊 coach @tony_jeffries at @boxnburn once per week. And then I take the drills he teaches me and work them into my weekly workouts in the #GarageOfGainz. Sometimes it's for the last 20 minutes of my workout and sometimes I'll do a full hour of these drills as a standalone training sesh. I like it way better than running and it's a lot more fun and athletic than sitting on a cardio machine. ➖➖➖➖ 💪🏼I did the following 5-round routine 3 times through for a 60-minute workout going 3 minutes on, 1 minute off today: ➖➖➖➖ 1. 🤜Combos on Aqua Bag HeadHunter 2. Slip Rope Footwork and Combos 3. 🤜Combos on @focusmaster_equipment 4. Agility Ladder Footwork 5. Jump Rope ➖➖➖➖ 📝I've only had 10 lessons 🏫 and I'm still learning so clearly I have a lot of work to do like remembering to fully extend on my punches, keeping me hands up, etc. But 3-minute rounds of this at 225-230 pounds ( #FatManCardio) is a total ass-kicker 💀 and fatigue makes cowards of us all. ➖➖➖➖ 🤗Find a way to make your "cardio" more functional, athletic, and skill-based. It's a great way to use your training for a purpose other than vanity. And it's also super motivating to see the performance returns from your training. How do you build your frame without them?” I used to do the big 3 powerlifts back in the day and was competent enough to easily bench over 300, squat over 400, and deadlift over 500. But I stopped doing them entirely a few years back because I found a better way FOR ME. The only barbell lifts I currently do are landmine-based. Put a barbell into a corner of a wall or landmine post and use the other end for an endless variety of core-intensive 🔥fat loss & 💪🏼muscle-building moves! ➖➖➖➖ ✅There are so many good options, especially when adding 🏷 @purmotion_official attachments (get 10% off with my coupon code: TheDailyBJ). Plus these are easier to learn, provide less joint stress, and work more than just the limited vertical force vector of the powerlifts.
