🤮 5 Minute Finisher 🤮 Set the clock ⏰ for 5 minutes in a waterfall descending pattern counting down by 1 or 2 reps per exercise as prescribed below until you hit zero. 16 Seal Jacks 16 Mt.Climbers 8 Split Squats R 8 Split Squats L 8 Burpees That’s 1 round ~ next round subtract 2 reps from the jacks and Mt. Climbers making them 14 reps each and 1 rep form the Split Squats and Burpees making them 7 reps each. ☔️ Barbell Basics EMOM Lower Body Session ☔️ ~ 2 Moves ~ 20 Minutes total ~ The setup: Minute 1 - 7 BB Thrusters 135lbs Minute 2 - 7 BB Deadlifts 225lbs Repeat this pattern alternating back and forth between thrusters and deadlifts for 20 total minutes getting 10 sets of thrusters and 10 sets of deadlifts = 70 reps of each for 140 total reps. Not super sexy but a quick crushing to pack in volume and getting some light loading done. Beginners pick a load you can handle for both the thrusters and the deadlifts or cut down the volume to 4-5-6 for reps each minute if needed. Perfect way to get some strength and aerobic work all packed into a short intense training session.
