Moves below, details in audio: ***************************** 1) towel landmine row countup series: 1 rep then 1-count row hold, then 1 rep and 2-count row hold...work to a 4- or 5-count hold every set, 4 sets 2) chin-up dropset: 4-6 reps weighted chin-ups, then 3-5 reps of 2-3-count chin-up holds, 4 sets. 3) dead-stop row superset: 8-10 HEAVY weight dead stop rows per arm, then 4-6 trap bar or barbell row 2-count holds (use light weight here) 4) half-iso straight-arm banded pulldown: 2 reps right side, 2 reps left, 4-6 clusters like that per set, 3 sets. ******************************
