Moves below, details in the audio: ***************************** 1) no-rest superset: 10-12 reps single-arm kneeling biceps curls per arm, then 10-12 reps towel hammer curls. 3 sets 2) superset: kneeling disciplined half-full hammer curls, 8-10 reps, then lying banded half-iso curls, 8-10 reps per arm. 3 sets, rest 30-45 seconds after each set. 3) spider combo curls: 1 biceps curl then 1 hammer curl, 6-8 clusters like that per set. 3 sets. No rest between sets...just do your set with the other arm.

@teddypallen on the holds, start with 30-second holds and work up to a good, strong 60. The rocks, think 3 sets of 10-12. Gator rolls just work for quality reps.

A kettlebell move worth learning here! #Repost @donsaladino (@get_repost) ・・・ Pulled these “Half Kneeling Windmills” back out last week. It’s funny how awkward a movement can feel after not performing it for several years. These are my first few reps, which were difficult for me to find proper positioning. I went light and had my good friend and coach @thi.nyc take a look at my technique. I like having coaches take a look at what I’m doing. It’s great for me to get another set of eyes on my technique. 👍 My playbook subscribers have been tagging me in their workout videos for a critique. Just remember to add the #suitupwithdonand I will leave my comments.
