Had a not so good workout last night. Do any of you ever leave the gym feeling unsatisfied? I do ALL the time. I used to let that discourage me from repeating those specific exercises or even the muscle group all together. I still struggle with Upper Body workouts. I don’t enjoy the workouts as much and I don’t always feel the burn/pump. I’ve learned to turn that unsatisfied feeling into a motivation. I want to be able to feel the burn and become stronger. Here’s a few ways to have a better time at the gym: 1. Don’t give up! 💪🏽 If you don’t feel the burn in a certain exercise, look up the correct form. 🚫YOU MAY BE DOING IT WRONG🚫! Not only will you be able to start working the muscle properly but you’ll always prevent injuries. 2. Lift heavy. Not too heavy😉 The weight should allow you to complete full sets however the last few reps should be a challenge🥵 3. ARE YOU WARMING UP? Warming up your whole body on the stair master or treadmill is great however if you focus on strength training more than cardio, try warming up using resistance bands. EX. On leg day, do 3 sets of 12 squats using a resistance band around your thighs. Abdominal solo, na paralela, com peso, sem peso, na roda abdominal, sit-up no bozu? A resposta é simples para essa questão, nenhum desses exercícios diminuirá sua gordura abdominal. A redução da gordura não ocorre de maneira localizada, onde quer que ela se encontre ocorre de maneira sistêmica, logo focar somente em exercícios abdominais não resolverá seu problema. . Então não devemos fazer abdominais? Apesar de ser discutível a perda localizada de gordura com exercícios específicos, os abdominais podem ajudar a hipertrofiar a musculatura da região, tornando os músculos mais aparentes se forem executados num volume e intensidade satisfatórios. Mas o meu amigo é #hardcore, #esmagaquecresce #nopainnogain faz 5 séries de 500 todo dia não ele não vai perder nadinha??? Eu não disse isso, nesse caso ele perde mais ou menos uns #30tododia, minutos do tempo dele!😂😂😂😂 Mas já que o tempo é dele que o gaste como quiser! Mas com uma série tão longa a intensidade certamente será deixada de lado, o que não é interessante. Tendo em mente que volume e intensidade são variáveis inversamente proporcionais. Para reduzir a gordura abdominal o ideal é ter um treino adequado, com as variáveis devidamente ajustadas, estratégias inteligentes e um plano alimentar bem elaborado.
