A low testosterone level reduces the libido and energy level, creates insomnia, makes you fat, reduces muscle mass and the bone density. On top of that, it increases the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and depression. ◾️◾️◾️◾️ There are a few simple ways to increase your testosterone level again. - reducing body fat (to decrease aromatase) - Sleep for 7-9 hours a night to decrease your Cortisol level. Reposted from @thealternativemedicalmom - 🧠 First thing is first. 💥CBD.💥 CBD I believe was pivotal next to breastmilk in Bowies recovery. My daughter came home on three major anti seizure medications Phenobarbital, Topiramate, and Keppra (pictured here). Yes my 4 pound baby was on all of those and more in the NICU. We are now only on the keppra and soon to be off. She hasn't had one seizure since being home, but they must very slowly wean medications from little babies so we are working on that last one 8 months out. She is on an extremely low dose that she has basically grown out of weight wise. . I will post a link at the end of this post to support my claim. . . I started taking CBD as soon as my daughter was admitted to the NICU as she started having seizures within the first few hours. I took a massive loading dose so that it would be in my breastmilk. . - FACT - breastmilk has naturally occurring cannabinoids, we are born with cannabis receptors, and breastmilk has stem cells in it which is great for any injury. . We would also rub an olive oil base (not smelly) CBD oil on my daughter once we got skin to skin permissions. . Infant massage was helpful to her but I'll touch on that in a later post. . CBD is a known neuro-protectant. From NFL players to your next door neighbors it benefits everyone. I have a study posted below of babies with HIE, stroke, etc durring a clinical trial using CBD. This is one of many studies that may have you wondering why this isnt mainstream information. . . If your child is suffering from seizures or any neurodevelopmental issue I strongly recommend CBD - specifically Charlotte's Web but any CBD is better than none as long as it is !full spectrum!. Of course do your own research when sourcing your oils. They think about moving an object in space but barely account for the whole structure of the body as it moves to through space. If they do account for this concept, it never really addresses the specific contexts needed to help people overcome their mechanical problems. Once again, the reason they don't is because it's really complicated. . . People in our culture like linear answers to non-linear problems. Humans are likely impossible to codify with our current intelligence. To give a certain answer is to negate the billions of variables that influence them as well as the 200k generations of humans who preceded them with fairly similar circumstances. As much as people try to paint clarity with their hypotheses about exercise, the truth of the matter is that they can't. . . I feel that tensegrity helps us clue in deeper as to what's going on with humans. Does it account for everything? At some level it could. I still don't know yet. That said, we are getting great results using this concept and applying it to our training protocols. It's a great guide to understanding coinciding motions in space. Something almost all forms of training are not all that concerned with, even though I feel they should be. . . People love numbers, but they still forget numbers play within the confines of a map. Have you figured out why your muscles are tight ? @functionalpatterns I managed to get better answers to problems arising in myself, people with injuries or athletes looking for better performance. After studying @naudiaguilar videos for almost a year I attended HF level 1 in London @fp_sol and @fp_will_menzies The amount of knowledge I gained from the course was unbelievable and for weeks after I couldn't get my head round what knowledge I had gained to put into practice Fast forward 8 month later I still don't do traditional lifting to hinder my mechanics and I feel my running form as improved a ton. I am also waiting to complete hbs1 in Hawaii..subject to visa clearance and I am willing to wait as long as it takes to get on that course to continue my learning. We provide solutions, sometimes complex. The deep front line is a fascia line that connects your toes directly to your jaw. So all these muscles from the bottom to the top are connected and work as one unit. When the body creates to much tension in this line after working at a desk for years or exercising in a wrong way you can get a forward head. A forward head creates a lot of pressure on the cervical spine and it also creates to much tension on the musculus temporalis. This muscle is above your temples and pulls the mandible back and closes the mouth. For the long term to much pressure damages the discs in the TMJ, you suffer from pain, your jaw starts to click and you can have problems to open your mouth. ◾️◾️◾️ Video explanation: 1. Stand upright 2. Stick out the tongue 3. Bite on the tongue 4. Shift your jaw forward 5. Extend your cervical spine 6.
